CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

1. GENERAL TERMS

This policy outlines the cancellation and refund conditions for services provided by Sert Hosting. By purchasing any of our services, the customer agrees to these terms.

2. VDS, GAME SERVERS AND VIRTUAL SERVER SERVICES

• No cancellations or refunds are accepted for Virtual Dedicated Servers (VDS), game servers, or any type of virtual server services.

• These services are provisioned instantly and dedicated specifically to the customer; therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

3. WEB HOSTING SERVICES

• For shared web hosting services, cancellations and full refunds are available within the first 3 days (72 hours) after the purchase.

• No refunds will be issued after 3 days.

• Refunds are only applicable if the service has not been actively used and has not been subject to abuse.

4. SPECIAL SERVICES & LICENSES

• There are no refunds for licenses, custom configurations, technical support, or setup fees.

5. LEGAL BASIS

This policy is prepared in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the relevant Distance Contracts Regulation. Since the services are customized for the customer and delivered immediately, they are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

6. RIGHT TO MODIFY

Sert Hosting reserves the right to change this policy without prior notice. The updated version will take effect as soon as it is published on our website.
